Puff the Magic Dragon Lyrics
Puff the Magic Dragon Lyrics, based on the poetry Leonard Lipton in 1959, and told the Cornell students. Lipton was inspired by Ogden Nash poem titled Custard the Dragon is told realio.Through his poetry, Lipton with fellow Cornell student Peter Yarrow, who created the music and lyrics of what makes this poem into a song. In 1961, he joined with Paul Yarrow, Stookey and Mary Travers to form groups like Peter, Paul and Mary. Together his group, he put the songs into the concert before the song was recorded in 1962.
