VH1 Divas

In 1988, VH1 start debuted a career with held the first Divas concert. Concert VH1 Divas held to support the channel 'Save the Music Foundation' and the next concert series is also aimed at that foundation. VH1 Divas concert aired beginning in 1998-2004, and similar events will be held again on 17 September 2009. VH1 Divas aims to raise funds for the 'VH1 Save the Music Foundation' which is a non-profit organization for the improvement of instrumental music programs in American public schools.

This program was held to raise awareness about the positive impact of student participation in music. Since formed 'VH1 Save the Music Foundation', more than 25 million musical instruments have been donated for the 1000 public schools in 80 cities, and managed to improve the lives of more than 500,000 children.Presentation artist will be held on September 17 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music's Howard Opera House.
